Our Rolling Windows are made from 6063-T5 Aluminum Extrusion. The window operates by way of a single slide function allowing for a seamless rolling experience. We offer our customers a number of style and configuration selections including colonial and non colonial styles and left to right operation or vice-versa. Our unique wheel assembly design consisting of a plastic housing, stainless steel axle and brass wheels allow for a virtually maintenance free operation of the window. Die Cast Sash locks and stainless steel screws are used to secure the window when closed. Our “New” EPDM Bulb Gasket ensures years of weather proofing as compared to Vinyl Gaskets which Shrink, Yellow and Crack over time.

A convenient easy cleaning feature allows the home owner to lift and remove the operable sash and the mosquito screen from the inside of the house to help keep your window looking clean and beautiful without the inconvenience of bulky ladders on the exterior.

Please note the removable sash cannot be removed once in the locked position and the sash locks are engaged for security purposes.
